Leading with compassion, our therapists support individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and life challenges, whether related to academics, navigating relationships, questions around identity or self-image, transitions, stress or grief. We are client-centered and work collaboratively to empower our clients toward growth and greater fulfillment using modalities including EMDR, Gestalt Therapy, EFT and somatic therapy. Many of us also have experience with meditation and mindfulness practices.
